All
games will be played at the 30-field Champions Sports
Complex in Old Settlers Park in Round Rock, Texas.
Each
area complex includes covered bleachers and grass infields.
There is a championship stadium in each complex. This
outstanding facility includes state-of-the-art fields,
structures, and includes rest rooms and concession stands.
The
Old Settlers Park also contains a stocked bass fishing lake, water
park, and frisbee (disk) golf course.

4 Pool Games -
then Double Elimination
All
teams will play a minimum of 6 games. 75% of teams
will play more! All teams will play FOUR games in pool
play. Then, we will use our play-down format to seed
teams into double-elimination brackets based on pool record,
runs allowed, and runs scored.
Bracket play will be DOUBLE-ELIMINATION.
Any age division having less than five teams will be
cancelled.


All
entered teams must attend an official team check-in
Saturday. Managers should be prepared to
SHOW original birth certificates for all players, and to
remit a set of birth certificate copies. Once
copies are checked to ensure they match the original, the
copies shall serve as the birth certificates of record and
originals may be immediately returned to parents.
You
will also have to show an acceptable certificate of team
insurance. If you have other insurance than
Super Series insurance, this is acceptable, as long as you
have Super Series Baseball of America named as additionally
insured.
(If you have Super Series team insurance, you do not need us
named as "additionally insured.")
Please
should be in full uniform and also must attend
check-in interviews and a photo session.
CHECK
IN TIMES will be assigned by the event manager
when entries close on the Monday prior to the event.


Friday: Optional Early Check-In
6:00-8:00pm - Teams desiring to
check in on Friday must advise the tournament director.
Saturday, 7:00am-12:00pm: Team
check-in by assigned time. Check-in location at the
United Heritage Center at Dell Diamond 3400 East Palm Valley
Road. Manager and players in-uniform must attend
at assigned time.

Run Derby: Two players from Each Team May Compete.
Top five players advance to second round
Around the Field: Nine
players on the field timed as throws to outfielders, to
infielders, to catcher and pitcher are timed. Best
time wins.
Flying
Spikes: Home around all bases to home. Two
players from each team may participate. Timed event.
Food and
games for everyone including moonwalks, obstacle courses,
food and drawings at 3:00pm.

All teams and families are invited to join us for our
Super Series World Series Tournament Parade of Teams
prior to the Round Rock Express games. Teams will march on
the warning track around Dell Diamond and being recognized
by team on the jumbo-tron and announced.
***Teams cannot toss confetti
into the crowd or onto the field***
Teams must be at the Dell Diamond by 5:15pm to line up for
the Parade of Teams. (Teams can carry their team banner
and state flag).
The Super Series World Series Tournament Director and a
special guest speaker to speak before the first pitch.
All skills competition winners will be announced at the
opening ceremonies.
There will be one team name drawn, from each division, to
allow them to walk on the field with Express players prior
to the National Anthem.
There will be one players name drawn, from each division,
who will be the special guest of the tournament director and
will get to bring one guest with them and enjoy the Round
Rock Express game from the special party deck located above
1st base.
One players name will be drawn, from each division,
to have the honor to throw the first pitch of the game.
Any players, coaches/managers and families wishing to
participate in the opening ceremonies, must purchase a game
ticket. Team orders are requested. Round Rock Express has
requested that all ticket orders and questions go through a
Summer National Director

Opening Ceremonies and Ball Game

$6 for Berm/Lawn seats
At the conclusion of the game, Express
players are available for autographs down the left field
line during the finale.


If
there are qualifiers in your area, you must participate in
at least two qualifiers to establish your team's proper
classification. If you do not play in two qualifiers,
if participation is accepted, your classification is at the
discretion of the national office.


Teams which come from an area that has no qualifying events
may be granted entry from our national office. Contact

Be
sure to include your name, team name, city and state, and
team age.



Any
teams failing to show, or withdrawing within seven days of
the event, will NOT receive a refund of entry fees.
Such
teams will also be indefinitely suspended from further
participation in Super Series State, World Series, and
Winter Nationals events.



Super
Series will provide team and individual awards to the
champions and runner-up teams of each classification held.
The higher the division classification, the better the
awards. The Majors division teams will receive the top
awards, followed by Triple-A, and Minors.
In
addition, championship players will receive Gold rings, and
runner-up players will receive Silver rings.

Super
Series will provide the initial game baseballs into each
game. Then, should we run out of game balls due to
un-returned home run or fouled baseballs, each team will
be asked to supply a new game baseball. These must be
the same Diamond Super Series National Championship game
balls. Each will cost the team $5.00.
