Super Series Baseball®
events can generate great profits for your
organization or team. Super Series® Tournaments are outstanding fundraising events! No other fund
raising endeavor can generate as much income for you in a single weekend! And,
we're looking for tournament hosts throughout the nation! Super Series Baseball® is
the fastest growing youth baseball organization in America.
OTHER SANCTIONS:
Even if you host other sanctioned tournaments, or your league is registered with
another organization, Super Series Baseball ® can be a new, and attractive, source of
revenue for your organization. We do not require that you sanction with Super Series®
exclusively. We suggest that organizations, leagues and parks, align with as many
organizations as possible to give your teams a variety of options for qualifying for
national championship events and post season play.
PROMOTION and MARKETING:
We produce a full color brochure listing all registered events each fall. This brochure
is mailed to more than 22,000 teams nationwide each year.
Our new brochure begins mailing each year in late December.
Your event will be listed on our web site with your own special page. We'll also
provide custom graphics for your flyers and letterheads to assist you in promoting
your event.
No other organization provides as much marketing support and guidance as Super
Series Baseball® to help insure the success of your event.
NATIONAL PROMOTION:
Super Series Baseball® has been featured in
numerous publications over the past few years. In addition,
our public relations staff continues to provide information
about our organization to publications in an
on-going endeavor. Our national web site is the MOST VISITED
youth baseball web site in the nation!
MERCHANDISING SUPPORT:
We provide an outstanding collection of registered logo merchandise for tourney
hosts to sell at their events. All items have been previously market-tested, and are
customized for your specific event. Tourney hosts can order souvenir T-shirts, caps,
pins, jewelry and other items at a very nominal cost. Items are shipped right to your
door.
For our National Championship event hosts, we have a complete Super Series®
Tournament package that includes team trophies,
individual trophies, contest awards, and even special
promotional gifts for coaches.
TRAVEL DISCOUNTS:
Super Series Baseball® signs contracts annually with most major airlines, car rental
companies, and selected hotel chains, to provide travel discounts for guests and
teams traveling to your event.
YOUR PROFITS:
You retain all team
entry fees, gate admissions, concession
receipts, souvenir sale proceeds, and
sponsor
commissions. Teams enter tournament events directly with

EXCLUSIVITY:
Upon registering your event, and signing our licensing
agreement, you may be assured that your
dates are protected. No other Super Series® event will be held within your market
area during the same dates. We try very hard to insure that no other Super Series®
event imposes on your success, nor competes for potential participants from your
area on the same dates of your event.
