ENTERING SUPER SERIES TOURNAMENTS

HOW TO ENTER 
SUPER SERIES TOURNAMENTS:

• All teams entering Super Series qualifying, state and 
  National Championship events must have a current season Super Series registration. 
   

• A team must register once in each season. The cost of team registration is $35 per season and INCLUDES a seasonal subscription to Super Series Baseball Magazine.  Spring/Summer registrations will be valid from January 5 thru July 31 each year.  Fall/Winter registrations are valid from August 1 thru January 4 each year.
   

• Once registered, when entering a qualifying or state tournament, the team should enclose a copy of their registration with their entry, and may deduct $25 from the published entry fee for that event. 
   

• If you fail to enclose a copy of your team registration, you will not be allowed the $25 deduction and will have to purchase another registration at the tournament site.   
   

• No team shall be allowed to play; nor will any team be invited or allowed to enter the National Championships, unless a valid original registration is on file in our national office.
   

• For teams entering the National Championships:  the roster turned in at national check-in must identically match the roster on file in our online computer system including additional and dropped players.
   

• Roster changes may be made through our online Roster Control Center at:  superseriesbaseball.com/changes.html

ENTRY REFUND POLICIES:

There are no refunds for withdrawal 
within 30 days of the start of an event.  

Teams withdrawing from an event 
more than 30 days in advance 
shall receive a full refund of their entry fee, 
less a $25.00 handling fee.
