The
Super Series National Championships are the most prestigious
events within Super Series Baseball. Classifications
are not considered. Any teams may enter this event in
their age division. Teams which do not finish in the
Final Four return to Super Series competition with no change
in their classification.
In 2012,
the primary site for this event will be the outstanding new Chisenhall Sports Complex in Burleson, Texas. Burleson
adjoins the city of Fort Worth.

Super
Series team point totals are utilized for seed teams into
pools. All teams play three pool games, and then are
seeded based upon pool results into a pure
double-elimination bracket.
While
the event carries a 5-game guarantee, a vast majority of
teams will play more. Only 25% of teams will play the
minimum of 5 games. 25% of the remaining teams will
play 6 games. 50% of all teams will play 7 games or
more!

June 30th:
Teams have a scheduled check-in time between 10am and 1:00pm. Team check in
requires that players arrive in uniform, and will include a
team photo. Teams should schedule your check-in time
with the event manager.
Skills
Contests, with awards, will be held starting at 11:00am.
Teams' skills contests are scheduled to follow YOUR TEAM's
check-in time.
SKILLS CONTESTS INFORMATION
A
managers' meeting will be held at 3pm at Paso Fino field. during the skills
contests. Attendance of all team managers is
mandatory.

Opening
Ceremonies (at 9:00am) All teams are requested to
attend Opening Ceremonies which includes a parade of teams.
Pool Play
Games begin.
Note:
The duration of the tournament is totally dependent on
weather and the number of teams entered in your age
division. No teams will play more than three games per
day, and with exception of the "IF" game, no teams will play
back-to-back games without a break.
Super Series does not believe in
intentionally extending a tournament,
and increasing team travel costs, without reason.
Therefore, divisions could conclude on different days, such
as Thursday, Friday or Saturday, depending on weather and
the number of teams entered in each age division.

There will be no entry fee
refunds once entries close.

If there
are Super Series qualifying events in your region, you must
have played in at least two Super Series tournaments.
If
there are NO Super Series events in your region, your team
may request an at-large berth by e-mailing our national
office at
info@superseriesbaseball.com.
Requests will be accommodated
provided space remains within the age division.
All
State Champions, and Super Regional Champions, receive a
FREE ENTRY
and are automatically eligible, provided space remains at
the time that your entry is received.
All
teams must have a current
2012
Super Series team registration and roster;
and
must also have a
valid
certificate of team insurance.

Check-in
will be scheduled appointment. Teams will be assigned
their check-in time by the event manager. All players
must be present for check-in
in
uniform.
Team photos will be taken.
Managers
must bring a photocopy of all player birth certificates,
which will be submitted to the tournament; and also
SHOW AN ORIGINAL birth certificate, U.S. Passport, or
State Drivers License
to verify
the date of the photocopy.
Managers
also must bring
at least
two
copies of their current Super Series printed roster.
No handwritten additions or corrections will be allowed on
the roster. All player name spellings, addresses, and
dates of birth on the roster must be accurate.

Games will be played
within the guidelines of the 2012 Super Series Rules.
Please note: Team should pay special attention to
Section 14.0 - National Championship / World Series Rules
and Policies as well as any 2012 Rules Revisions posted on
the front page of our National Website. Only persons
on the official roster will be allowed in the dugouts during
games.



The
12U Champions
of our Texas National Championships in Burleson - June
23-July 6, 2012 - will earn an expense-paid trip to Memphis, TN for
the
National
Youth Baseball Championships August 23-26, 2012.
Our champions will be representing Super Series and
competing against tournament champions from seven other
major youth baseball organizations. Games from this
event will be televised on the MLB-TV Network and also
broadcast on the internet.

All
Super Series Championships and World Series scores and
brackets will be available minutes after the completion of
every game on the
Super Series Scores Center.
This
site will include a leaderboard - brackets - pools - and
game schedules. The site is also accessible by
smartphones, and I-phones.
Please
be aware that game schedules will NOT be posted until the
managers' meeting. When the schedules are handed to
all team managers, the schedule is THEN official and no
changes can occur thereafter.

There
will be a mandatory managers' meeting on Saturday, (June
30th for Ages 7's thru 14's) There will be an additional mandatory managers'
meeting upon completion of pool play to announce bracket
play seedings and schedules.

Opening Ceremonies are
an exciting time for the players as teams are introduced one
by one in front of their parents and all the other teams
participating. Teams are invited to bring your team banner!
In addition, the Skills Contests awards will be presented at
opening ceremonies, June 30th at 7:00pm.

We realize that
quality, and certified umpires are of the utmost importance
at this level of play. Super Series is committed to
utilizing only those umpires who have shown they are among
the best in youth baseball competitive tournament play.
All Super Series Championship and World Series umpires must
be at least 21 years of age, and certified.



Pin trading is
a tradition within Super Series. On Check-In day players, and
even parents, work their way through the crowds to trade
team pins.
We recommend you arrive with your supply of team pins and your
best bartering skills so that your pin towel is jam packed
with every team.

A
professional photographer is contracted for every Super
Series Championship and World Series events. Parents
will be able to purchase team photos, and action photos.
Additionally, players are required to come to team check-in
in full uniform. Upon completion of check-in, every
team will have a team photo taken. Of course, purchase
of all photos is optional.
The
professional photographer also will take photos of all
champions with their awards for posting on the Super Series
national web site.
